As depicted in the illustration below, the Overrides tab of the Google Chrome Developer Tools settings enables you to configure Chrome's viewport to a specified pixel size, set the browser's user agent, and emulate touch events. These features enable you to force Chrome to emulate the mobile experience for both phones and tablets.
