All classes begin at 8:30 am and end at 5:00 pm each day with a 1 hour break for lunch and 5-10 minute breaks throughout the day. Weather
In case of inclement weather, we follow the Federal Government' s decision regarding closure or late start times. (In case of a "liberal leave" policy, we will open on time.) See current decision at http://www.opm.gov/status/.
Come dressed as you like. Most enjoy the opportunity to dress casually.

Cancellations |
Cancellations must be received at least 7 calendar days prior to the start of class. This means that you must cancel by Close of Business of the 8th day preceding the class. If you fail to cancel and do not attend the class, you must pay the whole class registration fee. Class cancellations or non-attendance are non-transferable and there is no further implied credit for charged cancellations or non-attendance.
Confirmation of your cancellation will be emailed to you; whether charged due to noncompliance with Fig Leaf Software’s terms and conditions of cancellation or un-charged cancellations, which comply with Fig Leaf Software's terms and conditions.
In the case of low enrollment, classes may be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion. If you are in a class that is cancelled, we will help in any way to find a replacement class for you. Fig Leaf Software cannot assume responsibility for any other costs to students (i.e. non-refundable airline tickets or hotel rooms).
Payment must be received 7 days prior to the start of each class. Fig Leaf accepts Amex, Visa and Mastercard. Company checks are also accepted however they must be received prior to registration. Purchase orders are only accepted for private classes.

Audit a Class |
You are welcome to come back and attend a class that you have already attended with the following guidelines:
You must audit the class within 6 months of the initial date of the class.
You must bring your original training materials.
The version of the class must be the same as the original version that you attended.

Special Requests |
Fig Leaf can provide your organization with private or on-site training in any of the courses we offer. On-site courses start at $2,750 per day plus the cost of the course books for PaperThin curriculum. Curriculum customization may be available for additional fees.
Earn a discount when you register 6 or more students at one time for public classes. This can be multiple registrations in a single class or multiple registrations in several classes. Registrations must be made at the same time. Discounted registrations must be paid at the time of registration to receive the discount.
